[In development] Wood Wars, a PvP Fire Emblem Experience

This is my project for SIGURD, being a PvP Fire Emblem game. One person controls one army, while another person can control another. However, I need testing, so I can make it a fun experience. And best from people where one of the two isn’t the developer. Is the game too slow? Is one person in a huge advantage due to starting the game? Are the damage values too low?

Also before you ask I did include a small intro cutscene to give it a story.

For all of these questions I would like feedback, as much of it as possible so I can make it a fun game.

Features:
-An unique sounding experience, relying heavily on nature sounds and simple tracks.
-Challenge a friend or challenge a Bot
-Unusual looks for classes, including Cavalier riding spiders, the dancer being a half snake and instead of a royal lord the “leader” is a tactician.

I released a second demo, it has BOTPLAY.
Although due to BOTPLAY working via changing the enemies to hostile NPC’s everyone has Pass if you play on BOTPLAY, which is kinda funny imo.
