BattleStatsWithAnimsOff v2

I added weapons and WTA arrows below what Teq had set up. This can be installed even if you have v1 already.
UseWeaponTriangleForArrowsDef can be defined as False if you prefer to have arrows appear based on dealing a greater % of hp than the opponent.
Edit: Improved aesthetics a little.
