Allocation emblem: 0% growths, at the end of each chapter you get a set number of stats to allocate across your characters, with extra points tied to objectives (similar to BEXP). No WEXP or weapon degradation, but weapons and weapon ranks cost stat points instead by rank, 1/1/1/2/3 → D/C/B/A/S, making each choice of increasing stats or upping / buying weapons a trade-off.
Hawk Tuah Emblem.
Emblem Tuah, Engage on that thang!
I propose we bring weapon level back like in FE1.
Beef emblem.
It’s just a few seconds of parkour civilization as an mp4 compressed to play on gba.
The worst kind of telephone hack.
One person makes the maps, another makes the characters’ portraits and supports, another writes the story, someone does the item data, someone places units on the maps, etc for anything i might have missed.
Fire Emblem but you cannot see tiles or enemies until you’ve attacked them first. It’s like Minesweeper and Battleship’s lovechild.
you can do this. Infact it can be more than 15 seconds, since tech for a intro has been invented, i guess it could be at 12 fps or something like that
Epic Chapter Emblem
A single chapter game where the map is the size of an entire continent, have so many enemies and objective, and take around the exact same time it would need to finish a regular Fire Emblem Game.
Mini Emblem
A game where all the map are all fit into a single screen, with few enemies and deployment slot, and is quick to finish. But the number of Chapters are inflated to compensate.
Yes, just yes to all of this. FE4 without the chapters broken up.
Finally, an actual terrible idea!
Desert Knight. A Desert Bus-inspired map where your Armour Knight in the sand has to spend 999 turns walking around the spiralling walls of a castle ruin to get to the boss inside. And then you have a 1% chance to hit and a 1% chance to crit and you just die to the counterattack if you don’t get that hit and crit. Hahaha, I love gambling, it’s never not funny.
Feet Emblem - A recreation of Fire Emblem Fates Conquest’s endgame chapter and penultimate chapter except you’re forced to do it over and over again gambling on Corrin’s 10ish% chance of triggering Dragon Fang on both attacks to kill Takumi. Otherwise you die and have to restart the whole thing. Camilla is there and her Personal Skill would obviously help Ophelia do more damage to kill Takumi without needing Corrin to trigger Dragon Fang twice, but Camilla just refuses to move or be moved. Also Azura can’t be shelter-transferred for a bonus Sing without exploding. LT can and will let you take the explosion effect and SFX Deltarune used and put it in there. Hahaha, I love gambling, it’s never not funny.
Boring Emblem - Fire Emblem but the enemy has such insane stats you can only win by using the most boring strategies known to man, strategies as boring to execute as they are to watch someone else execute, strategies guaranteed to succeed eventually but take forever to execute. The game is intentionally designed to take as long as possible while creating the worst time possible while still falling within the typical tropes of legitimate Fire Emblem gameplay. But this isn’t on a Desert Bus-inspired map, that would be too annoying.
Fire emblem parents-Fire Emblem but you only get a unit for that one chapter and every chapter you get a new set of units but the kick is that those units are tied to your last units kind of like the parenting system in fate for awakening or genieology of the Holy War. As you go through the game you end up getting a smaller and smaller Army since no two parents create two children at the end of it you only have one unit versus like one boss
Fire Emblem Repopulate (now with 776% more Ptolemaic Habsburgery!)
Every now and again I think about making a visual novel in FE8. No battles, just dialogue separated into chapters and MAYBE some branching choices.
It’d be funny I think.
Remake the Silent Hill novel but in fire emblem
In my restless dreams I see that map
Mission: date ( insert fire emblem character name here)
From the producers who played
comes a new metafictional classic:
The Blond Paladin Boss who Would Eventually Die due to His Own Moral Impetuousness Regardless of the Player’s Choice (and May or May Not Have Been in a Situationship with the Hero) Falls off his Horse at Military School and Remembers his Past Life as a Freeter Woman Whose Oshi from The SRPG His Story Was in Her World Was Him (oh yeah, both alters [not sure what to call them] were eggs beforehand as is “his” younger “sister”)
Here’s my other idea for a terrible Fire Emblem game or not terrible depending on how you look at it Fire Emblem but all the playable characters are just the enemies from different game series. To make this worse make it the weak enemies from each game series and have the bosses be like the strongest enemies you could fight against. An example would be you have a Goomba on your team and you have to fight against Dracula from Castlevania
close dracula’s boss convos with someone on “What is a man!? A miserable little pile of secrets! But enough talk- have at you!” but without the lead up being the same convo.
