This happened to me too, use the latest patch to fix it.
Also, just to note, Thea’s personal skill still doesn’t work.
I liked it a lot, but I found it extremely easy, since the skill set is so broken that only Roy and Lilian cleared it so easily, and the ruins are very very easy since most monsters don’t have skills so the game has a good difficulty curve until the first half, then it’s too easy, sorry for anything I don’t know English.
Question, will we have the bard prince as well in the army, seeing we only have one path to take in general? And will there be both Bartre and Echidna recruitable? But most importantly, Trec, when he uses axes as a paladin, it don’t show animations. Just want to let you know about that. But that said, I don’t mind Roy having both Rally Spectrum and the second skill he has as a lord, so long as his strength, magic, and defense are slightly lowered, seeing he’s more of a leader type than a fighter…
What would you recommend I’d do to raise the difficulty? Change the stats? Skills? Let me know.
Give monsters in ruin effective dmg to unpromoted units. In the ruins make it so that each monster has effective weapons like helbert, horseslayer, swordslayer (giving vantage , adapt and high skill to monster will help also) , giving enemy more than 60 hp (but our should be locked to 60 tho) and giving them multiple weapons like for berserker a sword slayer, a brave axe, killer axe(to apply this luck stats has to be arranged) i find enemy having 20 crt chance okish i dont know about other

Most suggestions are good but not the killer one, having a few enemies in a map with killer weapons is enough to give you a mini-heart attack but having all of them with one available is outright suicide.
My two cents are on stats, multiple weapons and skills for enemies since I want the shops with all weapons purchasable it makes sense that enemies are better equipped and prepared.
Make the manaketes an actual threat. Add more variants with better stats, give them a true skill spread, make their weapons have actual effects…the repo has battle sprites for atleast 6 different dragon types (Fire, Ice, Mage, Earth, Divine and Zombie, the latter which has more than one pallete if you don’t want them looking like zombies and maybe not use Divines). Sprinkle them across the chapters in higher numbers and variety. Hell make use of the FE8 features and make Idunn a Summoner who can spawn them.
Well true but i have another idea to make it viable we can just add godess icon in shop for 2000 or 4000. Which will solve an aspect which i dislike in fe6, thats people hording money and not using it, it will force them to use it too. And i dont want any one to say we wont have enough money. In a normal run 1 can easily earn a lot like 1000000 (pure guess may be less or more idk as i level each and every not benched units to 20 and also grind after promo so correct me ) may be more if u grind arena like crazy ( like me ).
Seeing that Roy has spectrum stance plus Rally Spectrum at like lv10, I could see that his strength, mag, and defense be lowered slightly, considering that Roy is more of a Tactician really.
I see the game right as it is (the only problem I found is Elliwood’s palette, but I don’t care
), but if you’re going to do it more difficult, I recommend you do it in a different patch. You could edit the raising of stats for the hard mode and add or double the leadership stars for the enemy generals, I think that would be sufficient. I think people find the game easier since you allow to grind in a Tower and that’s something optional. You can also do a version without skills since I see from other comments that some of them break the game.
Anyway great hack, I’m enjoying it as it’s. If you’re going to make it harder, do it in a separated patch.
First, the lagdou ruins monster ideas you have are just awful. Turning every enemy into an endgame boss is not good balancing. Secondly, the gold issue isnt even an issue. The reason you have so much gold is because you grind everyone to 20, not because the game gives it too freely. And what other people do or do not do with their gold is not an issue. And also making goddess icons cheap will not force anyone to spend all that money, even if something is a good deal, the player will always have the choice of doing it or not
Ruin boss wont be sub boss monsters as they will have low str. Making godess icon cheap wont force player to buy it but in my other comment i spoke about multi weapon welding berserker with brave, killer and sword slayer as example to which one replyed with dissatisaction about crits so it was just an idea and i am not saying add it. it just an idea why u being so offended about it. Ya gold uses is not an issue but it helps in making game easier as having more gold means u can have like 20 killer axe killing edge killer lance each which makes game easier and this gives people a way to say game easy plus ruins is optional and also the main reason of game being easy is since u can grind in it and the monster are soft like pancake in real fe6 standard. Also u get tons of gems which u can sell so yes game gives gold freely dont even try to argue in this one mate
It feels like its impossible to keep Cath alive in chapter 6. She initiates combat when she cant steal, and can walk through your units to get to people who cant defend themselves.
Talking to her makes her prioritize escape and avoids stealing/combat, you can also leave a chest unopened as bait.
Bait her with vulneraries and keep Roy on the right side to intercept her as soon as she appears. Blocking the doors without opening them also helps.

That’s not a bug, that’s a baseba… I mean remnant of project-ember/hugh’s lore. His grandmother Niime is a skilled dark magic user and is actually suprised by his inability to use dark magic. Referenced by him having dark magic wexp just shy of actually using flux which for some reason in FE6 is a D rank tome.
How many characters do you have to send home to make space for everyone after ch19? Since you go to the send home map every chapter after that and it says the same thing, it makes you think you only need to send five.
