So the Frozen Throes vid that got uploaded isn’t quite the most recent. I had replaced in the dropbox folder a several second longer vid the day of the deadline. To my fault of course, I did not tell anyone, thinking the vid wouldn’t have been taken until after that date anyways. The FEE3 team certainly runs a tighter ship than I do, but I digress. Here are those additional several seconds, meant to occur during the pause at 11:40. Should make a little more sense of the silhouette in the thumbnail…

Radiant Dawn Crowd Control! This was simultaneously a very impressive and very entertaining showcase! I can see some entertaining playthroughs using this in the future

Community Blitz 5: Redemption! Love me some christmas armor knights! All three of the maps looked very nice! An assortment of fun (and sometimes silly) units too.
Frozen Throes! I’ve been looking forward to this one ever since I showcased the project last year, and holy heck, the growth, polish, and production is even better than I could have imagined! It really feels like the gameplay, narrative, and exploration elements are all coalescing together into something really special, and I was impressed multiple times by the level of detail! Incredible work N426.
Codename: Mystery Babylon! I’m loving the production of this project on all levels, the level art, the sprites both in and out of combat, the lighting, incredible! If the full project delivers on everything showcased and teased here, it’ll be something special for sure! Here’s to seeing more Copywright.

The Chthonic Curse. This ROM hack seems promising at first and has a lot of promise to it. Hope that in the future, we will get to know more about this hack when it gets a public release. Another question in mind, where have I seen Ben and Zo from before. They look familiar from a certain ROM hack that they appeared in one of the FEE3.

The Chthonic Curse really stands out in terms of production value compared to the other showcases. I’m genuinely surprised how much effort must have gone into making that, is there a whole team behind this project? I’m sort of waiting on a topic for the project to crop up.

Same. Wonder about Book of Exile as well. Hope that they are making a few small changes to their ROM hack before the public release. Wishing them luck.

Aw man, we’re really getting to the finish line aren’t we? I’m gonna miss this event. 
The Chthonic Curse! Wonderful showcase on all fronts, the music, art, map, commentary, and even voice acting made this one a complete package! I like what we’ve seen so far of particularly both the gameplay and the narrative. Ben and Zo both have great portaits and combat animations (which appear to be full custom unless I’m mistaken?), and their dymanic is tried but true and should hopefully make for an enteraining lord duo. Great work KantoEmblem!
Team Salvaged! I was a little suprised with how short the showcase was this year, but both animations looked very promising! The tactician is nice, but the spearfighter really caught my eye! I feel like there is certainly room for more tier 1 and 2 lance infantry animations, besides the many soldiers and the albeit excelent deserter anim.
Call of the Armor! I feel like it’s cheating to praise this hack when I was watching over so much of its development (I only contributed an interlude unit and some playtesting later on just before release), but it really is something special! I still am amazed with how polished and cohesive it feels, despite it all. I do want to give specific shoutouts though to Epholo8’s quality commentary during the showcase; made watching a map I have seen and played many times still very engaging to watch!

Wow that’s quite a trailer for Lonely Mirror, not only does it’s a quite qualitative trailer (with arts for characters and nice montage) but it also show some fun gameplay ! I really like the idea of the runes user character, it’s not something you see everyday !

Deity. Device! The final showcase…
The interview format is perfect for this showcase! I admit I wasn’t expecting to hear a brief discussion of objectivist philosophy! 
Xilirite asked some excellent questions, and the back and fourth of the conversation was just . Very entertaining too! Coming off of some serious writing advice we get jokes about edgelords and reddit atheists. Also, I love that the dialogue got changed for the FEE3 showcase, very clever and funny.
And that’s it for FEE3 2021!!! (I think, lol)
It’s been a long journey, but I’m happy that I got to leave my feedback and complements for all 80(?!?) showcases. I have lots of thoughts, but I think I’ll save those for the inevitable post mortem thread. All in all though, great event, and great showings this year everyone!!!
