If I’m remembering right that’s right before one of the spikes in enemy quality, so just be ready for it.
A lot of the later bosses also move so rescue drop stuff becomes too hazardous and some maps have siegers that you can’t reach without longbows so have fun with that.
Just finished playing the new T2S version.Overall very nice game quite enjoyable.
I had a few issues…1st there are grammatical errors altho i couldnt care less about them nonetheless i ll mention, 2nd in case i could use master seals on lords which dialogue suggested ingame,wasnt possible as the game crushed everytime i tried using them on any of the 2 lords , 3rd is at the last chapter i had to disable animations to fight the boss cause everytime i attacked or he did the game froze…so i ll say again that dispite those the game was very very nice and fun thanks for making it.
I may have found another bug. It’s possible to obtain infinite Terrarians in the location of the item. I tried to visit the cave for many times and it continues to gives Terrarian
Same thing with Yen’Fay’s recruitment. It’s possible to visit his village over and over. Yen’Fay respawns in front of Fey like he didn’t acted in that turn. So it’s possible to do 2 actions per turn in this case.
Those are both known bugs. A few houses/villages do it, and it can honestly be silly easy to exploit it.
Just like how Some stat caps are/were wonky, Atlas and Serene default promos bricking the rom in the split version, and Corvus causing all kinds of weirdness with his Contract.
Loving the game so far. I got Fey and Cronus to their A-Support and I have the contract, but Cronus can’t use it? Is the promotion available at level 10? Thanks in advance and have a great day!
It should be available at lv10 for him. You can also change him to an assassin after your promote as well.
Okay… I am playing T2S and have him above 10 and the A Support with Fey, so I have the special item but he can’t use it. It sounds like no big deal since I will be able to choose once I get my hands on some master seals!
That aside, I am enjoying the challenge and unique boss classes this hack is providing. The chapters are challenging but not unbeatable. Chapter 5 was as crazy as advertised, especially with some unfounded confidence that I could handle the reinforcements. I’ll keep an eye out for anything weird of course. Ok so I updated the patch. In my testings Cronus should be able to promote into an Assassin from any of his three classes (archer, and his two promotion options).

As well as fixing the Atlas + Syrene not promoting into their normal OG versions. They get their own special item to promote into their OG version that they get when the game is started. You can also buy the item in the Preparation Shop for 5gold if you are past it.

To be honest i don’t know how i remember this either its been a few months since i last played it. I also don’t know why I keep calling Cronus Corvus.
Must be some old DQIX stuck in my head, either that or somehow i think Corvus fits better for some reason.
Yes, I was able to promote Cronus. Also, two things I have found in my playthrough:
Atlas can equip Longinus and get all the Graham bonuses, which is pretty nifty but I thought was unintended.
If you try to promote Serene before Chapter 9, the screen goes black while the music continues to play.

wow the arena is so unfair you have to fight with promoted units when your unit is unpromoted and I think that the weapon triangle doesn’t even exist in the arena my only units who could survive in the arena are:
atlas
arkas
cross
cronus
yep that’s it or is it designed like that? (might want to make it a little not unfair).
Honestly, I’ve worked on the arena alot, tried to fix it alot. Couldn’t get too far with it so honestly I said screw it and then just left it.

If i remember correctly the soldier you recruit from the first arena actually warns you about the fighters there being “doped up” to warn you that going in there is tantamount to suicide. From what little i know it seems like futzing with the arena either works perfectly or become super impossible.
And since the majority of hacks don’t like giving the player the ability to endlessly arena abuse it wouldn’t be worth the effort to try and grind there.

After A supporting cronus with fae you get cronus’s promotion item so should I wait till level 40 for him to promote or not,currently on level 20 the same case with arkas.
Promote him once he gets his current classes Skills.
A characters level isn’t reset on promotion in this hack and Chronus does gain skills from promoting again, so to maximize his unique combo he’ll have crit boost and lethality.
so I should first get the archer class skills? you mean till level 40.
(and what about the other questions)
Basically promote at 15-20, Corvus is a unique case due to being able to promote twice with Lethality added onto his Crit Boost.
