IMO promote him normally to get those promo bonuses, then if you want him as an Assassin promote him again with the scroll. Oh also since levels don’t reset on Promotion, just promote everyone ASAP. Exp also isn’t reduced on promotion so you don’t lose anything.
I wish I could remember that Song, I’m like 90% sure it’s from an earlier FE like Echoes, or a super late one but I doubt that.
Yeah that Typo should probably be “many people” not “man people”.
Finally, once you get to lv30 or beyond and you need to reload. Make sure to only use SaveStates, otherwise if you reload normally through the game anyone lv30+ loses 30levels. (ex: lv32 Atlas becomes lv2, Lv30 Serene becomes Lv0)

Chapter 7 I think you get one, Ch8 you might get another, then from Ch9-11ish you get ALOT from officers and chests. So by Ch13 everyone should be promoted.
Whatever the chapter you get Thorn at, I’m pretty sure the boss drops one. Ch.9? The Half Desert / Fort chapter drops alot.

There is no secret shops, I thought I hid one super early on, barely at the edge of the map. But that was a different discontinues hack lol.
Yeah the auto boss crit is just for flashiness, it doesn’t do any extra damage or anything but boy it looks nice.

You don’t know how many times I’ve rewritten those events and couldn’t get it right for some reason lol, so I just left it in.
And no there is no more secrets on the mountains, anything that is hidden for what little there is. Is explicitly told to the player like how the Bow was mentioned in this one, and I think the last one.

T2S stands for “Time to split”, so every playable character when they try to Promote gets a second promotion option (just like FE8). Which includes all Main Characters (Atlas, Serene, Olivia, Thorn). Graham stays his current class, and I think Braum+Yen’fey get different classes.

in addition to all that, every boss (upto ch14ish) has a different class as well, some keep their weapons and others don’t. Not to mention most map palettes and map sprites have different colors. Menu screen and title screen are different colors as well.

Alot of the split promotions are newer classes for better or worse as well. And that’s added onto base classes, so Mages get 2 different promo options, AND can use a horse seal if you so choose to.

If I remember correctly, some characters get a slight boost in Growth Rates as well. I’m pretty sure Alice and Fey are the biggest contenders because their split promos give them magic and axes respectively so they needed a boost.
So basically it’s the same game, with alot of different classes for players, bosses AND normal enemies. Oh yeah normal enemies get ALOT stronger with different classes in later game too. But that’s basically it.
For instance, this is my party in that Ch.13 map, and all Purple Units are players, Black is enemy and the map is different. Every character has promoted into their Split Class, so that’s why alot of them look quite… different. Atlas, Syrene, Cross, Arkas, Cronus, Elliot are just a few of the ones you see in this screenshot.

All units have a different promotion, so honestly I would promote them all into something new. Even if it’s worse (most aren’t) it’ll be something new.
The main setback to the Split Promotions is quite a few of them are Horses / Pegasus so those Officers are gonna hurt alot.
