I found the cause.
The culprit is MinimugPalette Patch.
The patch uses the bottom 0x200 of the text buffer, which seems to be incompatible with the translated patch.
Therefore, the translated version crashes.
For now, assign the sound room buffer (0x201F148) instead.
This should solve the problem.
ver 20230209 or later should be fine.
