Both base Thracia and New Theory end in the middle of Chp 8 of Fe4 where Munster is secured and before they head to Meath castle to fight South Thracia. The biggest plot difference is that Raydrik rules Connote and Blume retreats to Munster instead of Connote after being defeated at Ulster by Seliph.

I think that “second coming” does not necessarily mean that Reinhardt is descended from their blood, it means he has achieved glory and has accomplished the same things as they have.
