I might try to make a transformation animation for Fae or Myrrh into the FE7 Fire Dragon later, dunno how that’ll fare

I don’t think the fire dragon has a transformation, so that will prob take some work.

Working on a sword animation for improved soldier as it seems to be a demand for a high-quality one.
EDIT: changed gif to newer one.

The timing is still a little bit of, this is becouse the gif above is just a simple export of all of the frames.

This way nearly all of the playable cast has custom animations (minus a select few when I felt like the default one fits them alright). What is more, some of the most important bosses got custom anims as well. The hack changes nothing in terms of gameplay or story, it’s simply a graphical update. …

True Fire Emblem OCs also need neon colored hair twice the size of their head, the rest of us need more hair care product!
