I think one of the greatest sources of joy that can be found in life is the feeling of community. I want to impart that upon all of you by trying to coax you rattling marble sacks into doing some of my work for me.
Frankly speaking, Dies does not have enough stupid holdables. There’s not even 20 real ones and most of them are boring, and anyone who’s played TMGC knows that batshit holdables form one of the pillars of testicle-searing gameplay, alongside insane mobility and pure unadulterated horseshit mechanics.
Therefore, submit me your best ideas for ill-considered and downright unbalanced held items and I’ll use the best ones to buff your inventories, or the inventories of some absolute garbage unit of your choice if your inventory is already full.
furry ring
makes you a furry, gives +2 MND and shade
Tossing some ideas im using in my project, but turning their properties up to 11:
- Range Ring: Gives all weapons Global Range.
- Mobility Ring: Unit can move through enemy units and normally impassable terrain. All terrain has a movement cost of 1.
- Mirror Ring: After combat with an enemy, unit’s class becomes the class of the enemy.
- Shift Ring: Once per turn unit can trade spaces with an ally for free.
- Weapon Type Rings: Contains the essence of one kind of weapon type, and as long as the unit holds this ring they gain the ability to use said weapon type with a level of expertise equal to that of their highest weapon rank.
- Fog Ring: Maps gain FoW, but enemies are affected as well. And unit gains a boost to growths or something.
