Just beat the game on normal mode! This is the first LT fangame I’ve beaten and it was a blast. It was nice to play through a smaller scale conflict with a smaller cast rather than a continent level threat.
I really enjoyed the characters and writing. It’s funny enough, but not too unserious for moments. I like the dynamic between the protagonists Lewis and Teresa (I wish she was a bit better stat-wise though), along with everyone else gradually developing friendships.
I absolutely LOVE that basically everyone is good due to the lower stat caps, condensed stat types and high growth rates. Ruth is the best armor knight I have ever used in ANY Fire Emblem game, maxing out all her stats besides magic and health (Also gave her Sol and really more armor knights should have Sol) and Nickolas was a demon once he promoted. Also thank you for adding a black girl to the roster, we need more of them.
It’s been so long since I’ve played an FE game with Pair Up. It was nice getting back into it now that I’m more experienced with FE games and it really suited the gameplay.
I will say I was surprised there’s only one shopping chapter the entire game. Was waiting to use my spare 4,000G, but that moment never came. I would’ve added maybe one or two more shopping chapters. Also prior the shopping chapter I would’ve maybe sprinkled in more healing staves and vulneraries maybe.
I like how you can tell there are systemic issues within the world, but the cast has their hands full with one conflict already. At least everyone got their happy ending. Overall, great game, good taste in battle themes as well.

Love how you use the pair up mechanics in your game. It make the game more modern. Really hope someday you or someone can make bigger game with this mechanics. Stay healthy

is there a way to fullscreen this? other LT projects allow me to but when i adjust the screen it just expands but doesnt recenter itself

also can this engine use faster game speed??

You can hold b/start to speed through enemy phase. Using debug commands you can give everyone kinda 100% crit rate
