Hello!
Happy International Hack Release Day!
This thread will be where I post the radical things that I make for this blessed day. Don’t expect a lot of screenshots, as they spoil the surprises!

2025: axe.com
This year’s project is for FE7U!
Many fangames extend the number of pages that are part of a character’s stat screen in order to show their likes and dislikes.
What if it showed their replies and reaxes, too?
(Yes, I know that the axe.com domain is owned by the deodorant company but this pun was too good to pass up)
Now, the fourth page of a character’s stat screen shows a slice of their social media feed for the chapter. There’s also a feed for generic units and boring people.
Big thank you to @SgtSmilies for the page header graphics, writing, ideas, comedy, and pretty much everything funny about this project.
Miscellanea
This project only includes Lyn mode due to time crunch. I’d love to go through and add Eliwood/Hector mode stuff, because that’s where the real comedy is, whenever I actually have time and inspiration.
I am not taking feedback or suggestions for posts. Thanks.
This project doesn’t include a source in the repository. Asking to use this in your project gives me permission to break your kneecaps.

2024: Canonical Hard Mode
This year’s proyect is for FE8!
Our Telliuscore LTCmaxxed (or, LTCminned, if you prefer) overlord, Camtechdar, has decreed that all hacks billing themselves as difficult must conform to modern Fire Emblem standards and move past our GBApilled sense of challenge.
This hack brings two fan-favorite difficulty adjustments to FE8’s Hard Mode.
2023: Preferences
Unlike last year, this year’s project is for FE8! Wowee!
This tiny hack has one purpose: it can detect if the player does a very particular pet peeve that frustrates a select few in our magical community. For many players, the game will seem completely vanilla (In fact, you’ll know if you’re guilty of committing this heinous act someone with alternate preferences very early into the new game process).
2022: Muscle Memory
The true test of a skilled Thracia player is being able to adapt to whatever the game throws at them. This hack should tear down any built-up muscle memory.
2021: THUMBLIB2
2019: FE5 Versus Mode | (Original thread)
I might add THUMBLIB2 into the github repo sometime.
