More/better tools for hacking outside of the GBA series. I’m sure people are hacking the DS games, but I never hear about them much. I think any new breakthroughs in the 3D games would attract some attention. Personally I think Awakening, Fates, SoV, or Engage would probably get people excited to try stuff if it was accessible enough.

I’d like to see how people change or rebalance the Pair Up systems myself. Or just watch 3D animators go crazy with combat sequences or spell animations. As far off as it sounds, I imagine 3D remakes of games like Sacred Stones or anything else FE1-8 would probably drive crazy hype. But that’s just my guess :sweat_smile:

A DS version of FEBuilder would go crazy. There’s about two people trying to hack DS games making it accessible to others that would help create a fan made FE game on the DS even better. One person did actually tried to create a DS FEbuilder since 2020 which hype up everybody waiting for it to exist, but there was no word from him ever since year 2021. The DS builder we got was tedious to use because its fully hex coded and you can only change the units, weapons, disable reclass and items instead of animations and map.

HoloEmblem: The Search for Seiso 2 will save the entire FiRU Emblem hacking scene, and a Nintendo DS version of FEBuilder would be a great addition. Also new support for engines like Tactile and Lex Talonis would also be highly welcome.
