Hello everyone! My name is Lonkfromcalifornia, though you can also call me Lonk Cali, Lonksp, or LonkFC as you see here.
I’m a fellow spriter credited for portrait work in hacks like Grug’s Primitive Disadventure, and Grug 2: Grug’s Prehistoric Truancy. I’ve also had some portrait assets uploaded to the graphics repository in the past, either as LonkFC or Lonkfromcalifornia—both are me.
Bit of Backstory
Around 2020, I joined the FE Romhacking Community to learn and understand FE GBA portraits. Later on I met @Rye_on_Speed and @MemeTzar through Discord and started helping out with Team Stoned Stoners, initially voluntarily cleaning up portraits for Grug’s Primitive Disadventure, to eventually joining the team outright. Joining Team Stoned Stoners in a way helped me improve a lot with making FE portraits, and since then, I’ve worked pretty closely with Rye and occasionally other friends along the way.
