add seven bosses with unique character portraits to each gaiden chapter. One each uses every Lord class across all three GBA games, and the seventh uses Lyon’s Necromancer class. They all have Roy’s vanilla bases, and variants of their own classes growths nerfed to be in line with vanilla Roy Lord’s growths.
Notably, while they use the respective PRF weapons(except the Necromancer, who also has anima and light tomes suitable for the chapter’s placement), these are not the same characters as the lords they share their classes with. Further details are left to others.
Change 1: put the promotion items back but only as thief stealbles on the bosses where the promo items were in the map.

lilina replaces sophia and is now a wyvern rider with the same weapon access as clarine, 0 in every stat besides 1 hp and base move and con, fe6 karel growths, has her original supports (with the unit replacing lilina’s original join time having Sophia’s supports instead unless otherwise changed), will still activate the guiding ring secret event, and is a forced deployed game over condition on every single map after she joins
Make sophia a green unit on her join map, and make a game-over condition if she dies and make her move and act freely.
