Even before I released the unfinished version of PME to make FE8 Miserable, I was considering making one for the other two GBA games. Thus, FE6 now has it’s own miserable PME!
Each change must make FE6 miserable in some way, but STILL beatable.
Insane changes like “Make the first map insanely big” aren’t allowed.
I’d prefer not to do anything ASM related but if you want me to… uh… I’ll try.
2 submissions per person per day.
Unlike the last But Miserable PME, I am allowing character replacements! While this PME is more about game based additions, the adding of characters and the replacing of characters is allowed. Just don’t add too many of them. (Bosses can also be replaced as well!)
A citizen that replaces wolt with the bases of Wolts and growth rates of just 40% in each category( make them a thief also)
( for portrait just use the generic female citizen portrait)
Change 1) Swords, Lances and Bows have the accuracy of their axe equivalent. Example: Iron swords now have 65% hit rather than 85%, matching that of the Iron axe.
Change 2) The weapon triangle’s hit bonus/penalty is reduced from 10% to 1%, so as to not make the weapon triangle be too over-centralising.
I believe the Nosferatu effect and the Devil effect are sadly mutually exclusive in FE6, but I could be wrong. Should Nomads, Valkyries, Troubadours and Generals not also lose 2 movement as well, as they are also mounted?
Roy begins with capped stats, but everyone else has Roy’s vanilla bases and growths, except for Lilina, who promotes into a unique class that can use axes in addition to the sage’s usual complement, and I’m sure you know what animations to use for it.
Roy (Or Amelia now) has permanent blindness from reaching Bern’s highest peak. All maps are pitch black, and the only way to view the layout is through the minimap
