Iām the same with mushrooms, though mostly accidentally. Every now and again one slips through and I think, well, fuck it, maybe I magically donāt hate them now? I never do. Pity, it would be really convenient.
Oh frick Iāve had that dish before!!! I mostly didnāt eat the (cucumber) pickles though lmao, they also had pickled vegetables and fish sauce etc. It was yummy
I havenāt ever liked mushrooms with anything else save garlic. like if I want to eat mushrooms, I am unlikely to want to put them on anything. just sautee the mushrooms, add some garlic, and consume.

Pickles are delicious. Well, dill pickles are, i hate sweet pickles.

(now my opinion) Iām with @Sir_Lancelot. Sweet pickles suck. Dill pickles are great. I used to like relish, too, but now not so much, even if itās dill pickle relish.
