They’re portrayed differently in fiction though. Elves are usually portrayed as mischievous and little creatures who use magic and sometimes bows, and are full of wisdom. Cyclopses are usually brutes who get banished and are rather bulky.

True, but Elves remain interesting to this day because there’s so much you can do with the concept of Elves whether you stick close to Tolkien or the myths that inspired him, take influence from DND’s Drow and create something like Warcraft’s Blood Elves and Warhammer 40K’s Eldar, or go in completely different directions.
Warhammer 40K’s Eldar… Their horrific deeds gave birth to Slaanesh. “If The Emperor Had TTS” puts it in a funny way. They were so evil and hedonistic they created an actual deity of perversion and pleasure and obsession and corruption who can negatively influence the universe and people in it. The Drow can’t say the same, they didn’t directly create Lolth or her friends. The Eldar and the Drow are the horny ones I was referring to.
I know the Dunmer have a lot of interesting lore, but Skyrim threw everything interesting about Elves out to make them the generic evil empire because it’s racist. Not against Elves, but against Humans, and the Thalmor exists to serve the anti-human slander of that narrative. I was going to elaborate for a few thousand more words but then I realized its length was getting out of hand.

If that wasn’t what you meant, you’d clarify what you meant in a way that removes any ambiguity. Instead, you’re deflecting. Pretending people just don’t understand you. If you had a real point you legitimately cared about, you’d defend it properly instead of hiding behind this smug vague dismissive nonsense. Anyone can act smug on the internet. It’s not hard. It doesn’t magically make you right. And before you claim you don’t care, you cared enough to come back to my Monster Girl thread day after day to whine in it about how misunderstood you feel.
Instead of actually engaging with counterarguments, you’re doubling down on this “I’m obviously right, and if you don’t agree, you just don’t get me and that’s your problem” lie.
