I’ve got some; the hover sprite was originally made by RYN as posted above, and the rest are mine:

I included them with the animation in the .zip. If you downloaded the animation, you already have the map sprites. I guess this means whoever uploaded the animation to Emblem-Anims deleted the map sprites for some reason, so here they are anyway.

This is because of either a class ability or a byte in the map sprite editor (I don’t remember which) that makes it so the map sprite doesn’t animate. It’s used for the “dead” (e.g. Brendan) classes in vanilla iirc.

Actually this is very convenient because i actually just fixed the one frame issue. Apparently, in fe8 atleast, the map sprite have to in a 32x32 instead of a 16x16.%5BT1%5D%20Deserter%20(M)%20Lance%20Standing%20%7BAlusq%7D

I specifically made the map sprite to be 16×16 so it would take a minimal amount of space in the vram. The flag that makes the map sprite stay still isn’t related to a map sprite’s size at all.

I dont think fe8 has that byte or class ability. Regardless of what the cause it, the extended map sprite works for my project.

Anyone know where I can find the halberdier map sprite? The Link here is broken for me.
