I’m not sure if Zane’s Gorgon EGG offers this feature, GORGON-EGG
But if not, this is what I would do, it involves custom code and a fair bit of trial and error. You’ll need to make the mimug box longer as well (which I haven’t figured out how to do using the decomp method below).

UnitMapUiUpdate
This handles the display of the HP in the minimug box -
DrawUnitMapUi
Handles (among other things) the placement of various Minimug Box things such as the HP values, the slash, the minimug, unit name etc. -
DisplayLeftPanel
Handles everything related to the left side of the unit’s stat screen (where their portrait sits) including the HP display.
In addition you’ll probably want to take a look at these:

This handles the HP display in the normal forecast menu -
DrawBattleForecastContentsExtended
This handles the HP display in the extended forecast menu
