Help to make blinking and mouth frames

I’ve tried searching for an existant portrait with similar blinking and mouth frames but didnt find any (exept for the second one but but i can’t manage to do it, even if the blinking and mouth frames are almost the same).
Can someone try to explain me how to make them ?
