Genealogy of the Mini War: A miniature remake of FE4's 2nd generation

Off the top of my head, the supports that were added were Julia/Scáthach, Diarmuid/Patty, and Fee/Lester.

Are there like support bases? You know how like Fee has 100 love points with Arthur in actual fe4? Just wondering since I think I noticed supports building faster for different characters when I was playing.

Yes, there are. There’s also faster support gain as a whole. For the most extreme example, Ares and Lene have 180 base and something like 20 growth.

1.I encountered another oddity. So I killed Iucharba and recurited Iuchar yet Iucharba still spoke.

2.Would you mind listing the speeds of each support in the changelog?

3.So you know in fe4 that you can check the holy blood of each character right? You know, it being shown by the holy blood glowing a bit if minor or shining brightly if major. Noticed that it doesn’t show that for the holy blooded characters. Sorry if this last question doesn’t make sense..

  1. could you elaborate more on that?

  2. I’d rather not. It’s mostly the same growth anyways (+5 except in certain cases)

  3. That’s just how the stat screen is.

Well it’s like I said. First I fought and killed Iucharba, then I went to talk to Iuchar with Larcei. Then Iucharba still spoke even though he was dead.

I think it would really help if you could share some screenshots or other visuals, so the creator can see exactly when the issue happens and look into it more easily.

Would it be possible to add additional patches, such as Casual Mode, Fixed Growths, 0% Growths, or 100% Growths, to this project at a later stage?

New Update: Fixed a pretty bad bug and added more supports for Diarmuid.

Just a small bug I noticed. Is Tyrfing fixed? I Remembered that it didn’t have the brave effect like the other holy weapons.

The only reason some Holy weapons are brave is because the user in question normally has Adept. Seliph doesn’t have that skill, so Tyrfing isn’t brave.

Gotcha. I suppose there is one thing I’m wondering. Once you’re done writing ever support, will you include a support log? While this game is short, I can only imagine how much of a pain it would be to play it over and over to see every support.

Sorry if this sounds rude..

Oh joy another FeMini! I think I’ll wait for the full support conversation implementation but looking forward to it.

What’s the rule of thumb here in terms of Promoting? ASAP? When stats start getting capped? Level 20?

Promotion is at level 10.

How has the progress in writing supports been going? Assuming that’s alright to ask that is?

Have quite a bit going on in terms of AoS (my other project) and IRL, so didn’t get the chance to add more, but I will try in the coming days to add more when possible.

I never played gen 2. I got 2/3rds through generation 1. I might play this, I mean, it’s only six chapters, right? Right?

And besides, mini maps can be quite fun to design and play, this is gonna be fun I am sure. And besides I could call this my fe5 playthrough as well as fe5 also takes place during this or something like that.

But if it isn’t fully finished yet I might wait a bit, unless the support conversations are bonus things. Are they the talk events from the real fe4 or new stuff?

  1. Yes, this hack is only 6 chapters long.

  2. I’d consider it finished, as the support conversations are simply just fun little extras.

Cool. As I play Phantasy Star IV right now I won’t instantly pick it up, but I will try to keep it in the back of my mind.
