I made a magic axe animation for Natzerker, the first of (potentially) many magic axe animations so people will stop using the skip handaxe wait patch.
As usual, credits to Pikmin1211 for helping me out with this edit as well as eCut and Skitty for the original.
I was debating adding lightning effects but needing to rely on skin shades for the 2nd electric shade would mean it’d look bad on a different skin tone, so I just decided to make an extremely basic magic axe frame.
I think the Iscaneus and Leo_link awakening myrmidon animation in the repo is cool, but am not a fan of the naruto style headband, so I figured I’d alter it.
I also have never played Fire Emblem: The Last Promise, nor indeed it’s esteemed sequel, but I’ve watched people online play it, and intend to follow in their footsteps someday – when I am strong enough. However, Kelik’s T1 animation always bugged me a little.
With both these points in mind, I thought, two buds one stone, and altered the animation such that it can serve as an alt, but could also be construed as a reasonable approximation of He whose world I aspire to, with a little squinting. Below is the link to that animation, if anyone else wants it.
Thought I was done, but Kelik deserved my all. So this is to go even further beyond.
I’ll leave these as separate animations, rather than updating the first post, since the crit for this one makes it less compatible with the myrmidon - swordmaster promotion, at least as far as animation consistency between the classes.

Final one, I swear. Updated the second link to include a slightly alternate crit animation. Not sure anyone would want to use it, cuz it’s more than a little stupid, but it made me laugh. The weird twirl in the gif is cuz I used mode 9 in the animation script to make him start out with his back to the enemy.

This didn’t exist and I wanted it, so I went and cobbled it together myself. Wyvern Knights now have access to all the physical weaponry! The sword is being borrowed from its cousin, the Wyvern Lord.
Credit to Lord_Tweed and Feaw (it uses the repalette). F2U/F2E, I’m an animation novice so if anyone wants to clean up some of the frames (those blurs in particular >_<), feel free.
This animation was always pretty cool, and I really like the idea of having more unique animations for generic units. So I decided to make it a bit spicier. The changes I’ve made are as follows:
Polished up the frames to have more consistency with each other, and fix some errors.
Created some spins for a new melee critical. Because it isn’t a GBA crit without some speeen.
Edited the melee axe dodge so it no longer uses the handaxe.
Ported over Hector’s handaxe crit.
Ported over Zane’s Hector Sword animation for more weapon variety. It also has the new spin crit.
Don’t mind me, just gonna dump some stuff I’ve done recently…
Aruka and Kenpuhu have done some sweet unique animations for a few of the playable characters from FE8. Unfortunately, they were lacking unarmed variations. Therefore, I made and scripted some.

Aside from these, I’m also using Seal’s Valkyrie L’Arachel on my hack, but there were wrong palettes for her hair in the staff animation, which I corrected.
That’s it for animations. But have some free Myrmidon Joshua map sprites just because he’s a cool dude.
I converted the Regi Trio from Emerald (Regice, Regirock, Registeel) into simple battle animations. Enjoy, I guess, but be sure to set projectiles for whatever weapons they’re holding.
No spins this time. I did do something else, though.
Firstly, the Swordmaster Marisa animation, made by Aruka & Kenpuhu. It really bothered me that the sword she slashes with is different from the sword she points to the sky when using a ranged attack. So I fixed that.
And last but not least, I did a repalette. Specifically, I repaletted Knight Lord Roy, recoloring Durandal to it’s canon red crossguard color. It was tedious. Very tedious.

Edit 2: Eh, might as well add one more. I decided to edit a Celica animation for me to use in a hack I’m making. Here, you all can use it if you want. NOTE: THE CRITICAL HIT PART HAS A CAST SPELL ANIMATION CODE INSTEAD OF A HIT CODE, SINCE I CHOSE TO HAVE THE THUNDER SPELL PLAY FOR THE CRITICAL HIT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A SPELL ANIMATION PLAY FOR IT, REPLACE IT WITH A HIT CODE
If you use any of these animations, credit the original creators, as they created the animations. I merely edited them.
