My names Spaghetti, and I’ve started working on a fire emblem hack for the first time.
The general concept of the hack is a mercenary group called the Hellhammers gets caught up in a raid of a dead kings haunted treasure trove. My vision includes a smaller core group of characters (with still some joining along the way), who are dungeon-diving in ruins for treasure! I want the general feel to be humorous and fun-spirited while the gameplay be exciting and challenging enough.
Game Mechanics I want to utilize:
A smithing system, where you can make weapons while delving. (hence the hellhammer name!)
Additional skills given to characters at lvl 15 unpromoted and also level 5 when promoted.
Intermission chapters where you can rest, buy from underground merchants, enchant/smith weapons and talk to your team.
Map types I want to utilize:
Underground Prison
Winding Tunnels
Delves of wonder/illusion
Underground fire temple
Underground cave systems
So far only the first four chapters are complete, but I’d love to receive any feedback as it could help me become a better FEGame maker!

Took a bit of a break on the project after the holidays but am back at it!
Fixed multiple bugs/dialogue issues
Changed/fixed a few portraits. (bad guys have unique portraits, and Throngus looks different!)
Fourth chapter added!
New dog ally recruitable!
Next chapter will be the first camp area. (intermission chapter)
Hack looks great from the screenshots, but I’m making this post also to warn about something; on this site it’s mandatory that you upload your hacks as patch files instead, converted to .ups.

Just wanted to point out you’ve messed up the shade color order for your main character(?), this is just colm’s hair with adjustments slapped onto beta forde, but you can compare it to yours.
Tried out the first chap! Not bad man, of course needs plenty of work but that’s a given, practice makes perfect, keep it up my guy, looking forward to it.
