[FE8U][FE7U]Spell Loader

Hi everyone,
Thanks to @circleseverywhere, I managed to port the FE6 Spell Loader to FE8U and FE7U.
Also a big thanks to @Tequila who helped me so much with the FE7 version of the patch.
Here is the bin file with the Event Installer. No buildfile include.
Some precisions: This allows you to have two different animations for magic. One for melee range, and the other for ranged attack.

As you can see, custom spells are aligned to the screen, but the enemy position on screen changes between melee and range. Simple solution: use different spell animations for melee and range.
