It could simply be made for Lagdou ruins as a chest reward for the upper floors with a low use count. Ereshkigal exists as a luna tome with more crit and +10 mt so Naga could simply be toned down with its stat boosts and it’s might too. Eckesachs and the Binding Blade are also on this hack and available only on upper floors
