Any chance you can help me make some “Prayer/blessing scrolls” item icons?
I was thinking that priests and non cav healers could get essentially “dancer rings” to help offset the disparity between infantry healers vs troubs
to be honest, i think priests/non cav healers shouldnt get anything but higher mag, not sure how to put this
We also don’t have any playable troubadours atm, so them being better than curates isn’t an issue.
You have the flying healer but they cost money to deploy so it cost you to have a mobile healer so curates are in a good state as they are free healers with alot of room to grow while the other two healers with better ranges have limited growths
If there’s another mechanic that the Prayer Scrolls could have, then sure thing, I can try to help out creating new item icons for them if it’s still up for it.
Like everyone said, infantry healers vs troubadours seems to be fine for now, and we still don’t have a playable troubadour as of yet. Finally, VelvetKitsune just submitted a dancer.
Why not the prayer scrolls give small stat boosts when held or give temporarily access to skills while in the inventory that belong to holy classes (examples being:Holy Aura, Staff Servent, Live to Serve, Powerstaff)
I suppose for the Slayer scroll instead of giving slayer(as its useless here) let it give +4 offensive stats and all the scrolls give +2 res when held so even if you arent using the skill it gives your still giving a unit +2 res.

in regards to writing maps, who is going to write the diolouge/intro scenes/ending scenes

Notes:
Enemies are around level 13 - 8, but are powerful.
The enemies around the throne have a hammer, a halberd and a [insert jaigenslayer].
Story, just in case
Jemma and the gang run into a mountain impasse after defeating the mercenary bandits, there are more of them! They decide to get rid of this problem. However, the mercenary bandits were really defending a noble`s house.
That was how it was when I copied it, no worries though.
First time making a map. Let me know if I missed anything.

Story: Jemma’s band has incurred the wrath of a noble family. The band flees towards their ally, Kaskae, seeking shelter, but discover a coup in progress.
After the throne is seized, a hidden path is revealed behind the throne, and Jemma’s band and Kaskae escape into the underground, where the First Intermission will take place.

Starting Players
- 11 deployment slots. Pegasus knight is the merc slot, unless mercs take up a normal slot, in which case there would be 12 deployment slots.
- Kaskae is the Bow Armor in the middle. The two soldiers are generics.
Starting Enemies
- All armor knights, as well as the Baron and Sniper near the throne, are stationary.
- The three armor knights on their own are Spear Armors, and each hold a droppable chest key.
- The three armors close to the throne are Axe Armors.
- Every archer and sniper has a longbow.
- The “Ephraim Lord” sprites are deserters.
- The “General” sprite is a Baron, and should ideally have good defense and resistance.

All five maps are now listed. I will update them accordingly as I insert them. I’ve also updated the tileset list. Should cover every vanilla GBAFE tileset.
@DonutPlains1 You still have two excess units. IDK what you want to do with them, though.
I’ve updated chapter two’s submission to include the map file.
I just place the player units and enemy units separately in the unit placer, and then screenshot both placements on the map.
