The two that stand out to me as potentially being game-breakingly stong right now are Marschfried and Valentina.
Marschfried because he starts with a brave tome that can fire off 15x2 damage shots + 10 base magic with a 90% growth + having Vantage+, and Valentina because she can potentially refresh 4 units in a single turn every single turn.
yeah he`s strong (i’m sorry i created this nuclear bomb) , but is there a mageslayer item that is advantageous against magic users that appears early enough? I think that could just balance it out a lot more. (not that it would help against the nuclear bomb, maybe high res promoted units with a mageslayer that could withstand it?)
Honestly, I’d just pick a different skill. Vantage+ means he can always attack first so his defense being bad doesn’t really matter.
yeah, or vantage+ could come in scroll form later enough like in lategame
i think plain old vantage helps him out a lot from being a magical nuclear bomb

Id say give him Malefic Aura, Acrobatic, or Summon and the summon be a Solider(one of his knights as he is a noble)
i have given him acrobat, instead of vantage.

no it’s kishuna’s outfit recolored with Trec, i just thought it would be funny to make a similar color to the heroes summoner
