I usually keep my dancer with the slow units(if i use them) so most likely not gonna for my test play
Damn can’t believe sonic and tails had a fight
Whats inside the Armory and Shop? Are they just cosmetics?
wait, will @CelestiaHeart have free roam in the intermission chapters…? is free roam possible in GBA, i know it`s very possible in LT but for GBA i dont know.
If actual Free Roam is not possible, they perhaps make it just like Fire Emblem Storge, where the prologue chapter you can move between turns recruiting the units for the rest of the game.
I’m pretty sure it’s possible, i think vesly made it a patch
that is very good to hear, the intermission chapters would be better to play if they were free roam
With the theming of the intermission taking place at a hideout for thieves, the armory slightly favors swords and bows.
Armory:
Iron Weapons
Steel Weapons

Knives

Javelins

Elixirs
put this in notes for the chapter, please? (sorry for being pedantic)
i updated chapter 12 with more stuff in there. I think it`s done for now.
Lol, and after just doing my Sonic portraits too.
i only made them reference sonic and tails heavily because the blue guy`s portrait looked a lot like sonic and i thought, damn it lets do it
Ah I see. That’s funny lol.

Cherry: Oh crap, we’ve got a whole bunch of mercs on our tails. Okay everyone, stand down! If we play our cards right, we can ambush…
Arvus: Hey! You all! Get any closer to the merchant and I’ll gut you like a fish!
Cherry: … Damn it.
@TheEmeraldKing267 I made a bit of a fool out of Arvus in this dialogue. Let me know if you want me to change how he’s written.
That dialogue of your perfectly fine for someone like Arvus. No problems with it at all.
i feel bad for @CelestiaHeart, all this stuff to implement now…
Accompanying Story: Deciding to cut and run, the party starts following the river out of the abandoned temple towards (town name), a port town in hopes of snagging a ship. With the day nearly closing without (town name) in sight however, Jemma and co. must find a place to set up camp midway…
In this map, the party has the option of either immediately making their way towards the escape point (the three road tiles at the right side) or pursuing several optional objectives while risking enemy reinforcements.
Chapter: Chapter 6A (Lay Low Route)
Chapter Name: Strung Out
Chapter Objective: Escape
Chapter Image:
Starting Players
- The green dancer is Valentina. On later turns, she should be at risk of getting killed from an enemy reinforcement appearing from the nearest stairs.
- The thief is Shelle, who appears on Turn 2 per his original post.
Starting Enemies
- There is a brigand on the peak tile next to the escape point who will make his way towards the village to destroy it.
- The hero behind the first sage is Gabriel, who is stationary.
- The placeholder citizen on the throne is the boss.
- Both of the sages wield Bolting and Elfire.
- The Curate behind the second sage wields a Physic.
- The Baron, General, and Druid guarding each of the potential entrances are stationary. The Sword Armors guarding the outside treasures are stationary as well.
- The Swordmaster, Halberdier, and Berserker wield their respective Killer weapons.
- On later turns, thieves will appear from the stairs to steal the treasure. From the two smaller forts, the thieves will attempt to steal then make their way to escape from their respective ruins tiles. From inside the main fort, they will appear from the first set of stairs and escape via the middle set of stairs once the chests have been looted.
- Enemy quality in level and equipment is meant to generally improve as one ascends the map.
- Add reinforcements where and whenever appropriate. Fliers should come from the mountain forts, and anything else should come from the rest of the forts. Add an additional reinforcement wave from where the party started on a later turn.
Chest Rewards
- Bottom left chest has a Hoplon Guard.
- Bottom right chest has a Red Gem.
- Upper left chest has a Blue Gem.
- Upper middle chest has a Silver Sword.
- Upper right chest has a Silver Axe.
i think you should tweak the chest rewards to be less strong, in my opinion, it`s chapter 6, otherwise the design is good
Downgraded them a tad bit, keeping the Hoplon Guard though.
i worry this PME is going to be too easy unless people rack up the enemy quality hard and fast, but i`m just 1 person
