Do you know where the actual routine that Dance uses is? We’re really close to making a Dance staff here.
3236A [FE8] contains the instruction that gets rid of “has already moved” status. 32358 seems to start the routine.
Success! Replacing the heal staff’s use effect with 32358 makes the staff have the dance effect 
Wait actually this doesn’t seem to give wexp, experience, or use up the staff’s uses but this can probably be fixed…
Okay, I’ll look for something similar in FE7(When I feel like it) and make a Dance staff.
Seems to be 2F4C4 (untested).
Hell, I’d put that in EN if it actually wouldn’t be too much trouble.
