[FE8] C-SkillSystem Beta Testing (Fork by Jester)

Hi everyone. I’m sure most of you are aware by now of the C-SkillSystem that the wizard @Mokha has meticulously put together over the last few years, with the aim of making new skills much easier to add.

I made a fork of it a few months back with the aim of porting all the cool hacks and utilities people have developed over the years. To name a few:

Basically, I just need a few people who can help me test the build file works for a fresh user.
