I’m bored at the moment while I think of what the actual main FE project I should work with, so let’s do something a bit more straightforward. Fire Emblem 6’s PME with a crossover theme:
Two Submissions / Reservations per user per day. NPCs are free.
Boons/Banes: 5/5 HP-Luck, 4/4 Con, 3/3 Str-Mag-Skl-Spd-Def-Res.
Can pick up to three boons, so long as you also pick three banes.
1 Special Item per inventory: Statbooster/Promotion/Gems/Cards/D-Shield.
White Gem / Delphi Shield / Boots are only allowed after the first route split.
Crossover Theme: All units must come from another media (video games, movies, anime, comics, etc). Fire Emblem characters are still allowed. So long as you have an appropriate portrait, or failing that another one from the repo that resembles the character, feel free to submit them to be a part of the PME. They must be proper FE-style portraits.
Related To The Above: Remember that FE6 has a lot of limitations that I cannot patch when compared to the other GBAFEs. No str/mag split (so when you request custom classes, they must be either only physical or magical), only Roy’s replacement gets paired endings (but I’ll still make it so they have an ending with every unit they support with), and portraits will be formatted to work in FE6 (you can leave these edits to me however).
Larum is exclusively the Dancer. Elffin is exclusively the Bard. Fae is exclusively the Manakete. Cath must be a Thief to maintain her vanilla recruitment requirement. Merlinus and Idunn are minimal changes only; Merlinus to still be their supplier class to send items to the convoy, while Idunn’s animations are hardcoded for the final chapter.
Misc is optional: If for example you aren’t able to make palettes, just leave it to me.
Gameplay Changes
Universal WEXP buffed to 1 > 2 per hit. For staves it’s 1 > 4 per use.
Level experience gain from using staves (like healing) buffed to 10 > 15.
Female classes has same bases as males with -2 HP +1 SKL +2 SPD -1 CON.
Female mounted classes shares the same aid value as males (25-Con=Aid).
Secret Book / Goddess Icon buffed to grant 2 > 4 to Skill / Luck.
Playable units support gain is still adjacent, but is now twice as fast.
Thieves in particular now work similar to their Engage counterparts: they are considered promoted classes and have slightly better bases (with a focus on Skill and Speed).
Class Overview
Full list of both the custom classes, as well as the new animations for vanilla classes (you can request these for any of the vanilla classes, to help other users if they make palettes).
20 custom weapons total. Cannot be personal weapons, must have proper ranks for other units. Limit of 40 durability max per weapon. Custom magic animations can be implemented, but it would be preferable that the vanilla magic animations are repurposed instead, since the patch for FE6, even with fixes, is known to regularly freeze during gameplay.
Al’s Sword and Gant’s Lance will be replaced with one of the above custom weapons. Tina’s Staff will still be available with a new name, since it has an unique heal effect.
While there aren’t a lot of patches available for the original FE6, one of the ones that I did implement is the Droppable Items patch by Tequila. So you can have any boss you make also drop the last item in their inventory, if you so choose in their post.
It would be helpful to inform where does the character you’re submitting comes from, since I might not have played or read the lore of their original setting lol. This is also helpful for other users that probably never heard of the character before.

Also do you have animations and map sprites for the Female Mercenary? Since in vanilla only the Female Hero actually has their proper animations.

@marcelfe I had the idea of a Crossover PME in my mind, and on FE6 since I’ve yet to make one for it, then only afterwards I noticed “Wait it’s quite similar to the Future PME” lmao.
@Shadow_the_halberdier No problem, and I’ll make the Halberdier bases comparable to the ones from my earlier rebalances, whichever one fits better the bases of FE6’s Soldier.
@Nokitrix Basically only what’s already mentioned on the rules in OP, and a limit of up to four weapons/items in each character’s starting inventory.
