That’s like Fates’ Guard Naginata right? I can implement it, but I neither can prevent it from performing critical hits, nor work in that weird custom durability mechanic.

It would probably be better to just implement it by having very low might and uses instead.

oh no thats just the math of how it goes as items sell for half their worth and go down in price per use point gone I just did all that math for you can its mt is to fit within the B rank lances I just wanted to see if anti-crit was open for others and if it was would have sold this as the purely defenses B rank lance ill just make the crit 0

Important Post Regarding Thieves

I’ve been thinking if there was anything I could do for them, considering that in FE6 they cannot promote, plus the internal coding that makes the two Thief classes discover desert items.

So, ultimately, I’ve settled with a specific route that I’ll go with for the PME, that both Thief classes will now work a bit similar to how they appear in FE Engage! Two very simple changes, first they are now considered promoted classes, second they have better bases:

[M] Thief = 16 HP | 3 STR | 9 SKL | 12 SPD | 2 DEF | 1 RES | 7 CON
[F] Thief = 14 HP | 3 STR | 10 SKL | 14 SPD | 2 DEF | 1 RES | 6 CON
Stat Caps = Same as vanilla Myrmidons. Also D Rank Swords at base.

With this they’re now considerably better in combat, while also providing a bit of a challenge to intercept enemy thieves. While their new insane base speed seems like a problem, remember that in FE6 thieves don’t actually need to outspeed the target to steal, to make up for them not being able to promote in vanilla, so this change will be more to the benefit of playable ones.

I’ve updated the OP with information about it in a new Gameplay Changes list, and also made it so you’re allowed the increased 355% growth rates for any playable thief you make! Not only that, but you can also submit them regardless if the original unit was pre-promoted or not, though with that in mind I would still recommend to not overdo on thieves compared to the other classes (I’d say up to four playable thieves is enough, one more than the vanilla three total).

@Furcorn776 The “Luna” mechanic (to pierce defenses) doesn’t actually exist in the original FE6. As in there’s no such flag for weapons. Feel free to replace it on the post with another dark tome (can be a custom one, but again if possible using one of the vanilla magic animations).

@Nokitrix I just noticed the “Negates DEF” request for the Piercing Dagger too, but in this case, based on it’s name, I could instead simply make it effective against armor knights instead.
