Let’s combine it. I don’t have the resources of the Mistra avatar right now. I suggest going to Tencent QQ to ask the big shot. He seems to be able to give it to you, but don’t forget to share avatars and animations with everyone
Are item icons in the repo considered F2E?
I edited a few of them for my hack and I can’t find the original forum post for them
OMG I would have killed to have a bow animation for gargoyles, itd be cool if you could do the same to the Teraspark one
I’d like to mark all of my portraits F2U as of today. If you’d like to use one of the portraits for splicing or whatever, DM me and we’ll see if we can work something out.
The majority of the portraits are @TheNobodyArtist’s, and we’re discussing about what we’re going to do with them. TheNobodyArtist didn’t have an account beforehand, and gave me permission to post the portraits.
- Beautiful Animation man. Can’t wait to try your hack once it is finish and release out to the wild
- I have to check out this game Shantae:Half Genie-Hero if it is as good as you say it is
Thanks! Hopefully I can have this hack done in a timely manner. Although, it looks like another year and change of work left plus overcoming a lot technical hurdles that I have been pushing back.
Half Genie Hero is a great game, but if you do have any interest in the series, I recommend starting with Risky’s Revenge.
No worries quality take time I understand and can wait as long as it take. Release the game when you feel satisfy with it
Now if we have Shadow we can have John Wick versus John Wick Hedgehog form
am i allowed to recolour f2u mugs
Yes. Recolors and changes in palette don’t constitute a substantial edit. No one “owns” colors. So changing colors on an F2U portrait that is NOT f2E is OK
Not really related at all, but since someone already brought up the topic of palettes to the table, imma just ask: Is ‘stealing palettes’ a thing?
I understand it when it’s about tileset palettes, but I’ve seen a lot of battle animation palettes that share the exact same colors (normal thing). Yet, I’m not sure if it’s morally right to have a folder full of “stolen” palettes from a lot of hacks to “steal” colors from.
people would notice, i think
like “hey, that palette looks similar to (character) from (this hack)”
notable quote from one of the more impactful asset threads:
These skin tones are free to use by all means because owning a color is stupid.
On that note, when in need of FE8 GBA colors and not really sure how to proceed, I highly recommend pulling from Blade’s hair color samples since they already “just work” in the FE8 color scheme. Linked here:
You can use any of the palettes to freely edit or use it wholesale because owning colors is stupid.
sorry this one
I compiled all of my hair palettes into one supersheet. The total number of hair palettes is over 200. This originally came from my experiments with my OC Augustus whenever I periodically come back to update his design. Then the collection kept growing and I wanted to see this collection cover a wide range of colors for people to use for spriting FE mugs. You can use any of the palettes to freely edit or use it wholesale because owning colors is stupid. Augustus’ hair is used to show off how …
Again, nobody “owns” colors. So it’s not exactly stealing palettes. SO LONG as you properly credit whoever made the palettes, or at the very least, credit the hack you got the palettes from.
If you copy a palette from another hack without credit? Not OK
If you copy a palette from another hack, and credit the same person who did palettes? Completely fine! Or if you just credit the hack itself? Also fine!
IDEALLY, you want to credit the SPECIFIC person who did the palette you’re copying. But that’s not always readily available information. So crediting the general palette maker or the project itself is OK.
ALSO worth noting: A lot of Vanilla animations use the same palette order between multiple animations. Usually between classes of the same tree: Myrmidons and Swordmasters use the EXACT same palette. Same with Peg Knights and Falcoknights. Archers and Snipers have ALMOST the same palette. Same with Shamans and Druids. So if you have one of the pair, you can use the palette for the other.
Hi. Does anyone know who made this portrait?

it looks like an edited fargus
I found this portrait in my old rom and I know for a fact that I only used repo mugs for the hack but now i can no longer find this mug.
Thanks in advance. On a related note, is it possible to use something like reverse image search in the repo?
Salvaged’s cavalier animation, is it F2E?
Any animation currently in the repo except yeti’s are default f2e
except yeti’s are default f2e
given the amount of animations yeti has contributed to the repository is 1, and that 1 is a vanilla berserker edit
this is a strange claim to make
I am very very disgusting ![]()
