Extra:wanted to make it kinda lika a punishment if you fail to get her first time and I picked 5 because thats the Japanese level one and thought it was harsher and more punishment like as I gave her magic to be Ewan’s Japanese magic growth
I mean to say this just as a suggestion for the overall “balance” this PME has (not like it’s strict and it’s not even mine), I think a level 1 trainee with those base stats is way too high lol. High growths on a trainee is enough to make them “worth” training (and I think the growths are fine given low bases), but 12 magic is crazy for a trainee along with the other stats, assuming enemy units are the same as their original FE8 ones. I’d recommend making them roughly closer to Ewan since they are both pupils.
I apologize if this comes off as harsh but I think that unit would be too good lol (I guess that’s a good thing). And if you don’t want to change it, that’s cool too 
Edit: Making a level 4 version of her for chapter 13 would be a good idea yes.
