Does anyone know why the "shoulders" of my mug is being cut off?

I didnt know what to call it in the title but its a scroll asset i found on the repo that i put on my character that i role play as in hacks i play to feel a little closer to a generic unit. Anyway after i put the scroll on my characters back and replaced a generic unit in a hack i found i loaded it up and saw that both corners of the scroll are being cut off. does anyone know why?
