Diesuru carried me for awhile, but losing effectiveness on some enemies.
I didn’t train zane enough so im kind of stuck for the forseeable future

so here’s what i did to win:
i used his warp ability to do stuff for me, like hit up the throne room early since there’s a guy in there and you can use him to seize early with zane, then i just tried to escape

Camdar can be a pretty hard carry, esp. with a dancing band (lets him teleport again after attacking), brave sword (lets him one-round), and rage tonic (basically a free +5 damage (+10 w/ th brave sword); going from 1 Mnd to 0 Mnd is not a big deal). I think I also gave him the Grinder, although I forget if it was ever needed for hitting one-round thresholds.
IIRC, with a dance, Camdar can drop a barrel down the reinforcement stairs on turn 1? And then after that, he can snipe all of the mages that are buffing everyone, making the map much easier.

Part of me really wants to start this over and use all new units, esp like, Camdar, Lesk, Dat, and some of the other really gimmicky characters, but I feel like I’ll get halfway through and then more content will come out and I’ll want to finish that.

It’ll probably be a while before there’s new content since Sigma was super burnt out like 2 months ago, so I would say go for it. Some of the unique units can be really good with the investment, some still suck, and Camdar’s probably the best unit in the game so far, so do with that what you will.

yeah, there’s lot of unique things you can do with characters, when this thing is done and dusted, i look forward to the LTCS that could happen with it, because of all the stuff.

I think the LTC route is, after Blader joins, just chaining Adept-ish procs to clear every map in one turn? Except for maybe one of the ch. 15s.
