Like to see more of them based off of Hitman characters like Viktor Novikov, Noel Crest, or the SIGMA Unit, Scott Sarno The Director, Gary Lunn The Enforcer, Walter Menard The Extractor, John Stubbs The Veteran, Patrick Morgan The Mercenary, and Taheiji Koyama The Controller.

This one came out really hard and really heavy, and I really like it a lot… for the same reasons I like this cover of Kanye West’s Jesus Walks that I remixed (for the record I despise and pity Kanye West as a person in equal amounts). Could be a great enemy phase theme or villain theme.

I dont know how to make music, i try it but… come on… for some people is imposible, here is the thing, im making a hack and there is a song that i really want to put in, just that one, i think it will be really ez to do, its a 1 min or less, its a unreleased short track from the peak anime Samurai Champloo, if anyone could help me it will be awesome.
PD: i can’t afford to pay for anything cause i live in Cuba and have no way of payment or virtual wallet.

I don’t take paid commissions anyway, if I get a suggestion I like, I’ll do it. If a midi file of this exists already, then I’ll at least attempt to convert it, assuming it doesn’t take too long and if I feel like doing it.

I dont know exactly what u mean, i mean, how you make a song into a midi? Manually i guess cause i use a converter to do so and the result was vomitive.

Day 54 of asking for a Copacabana remix

This was a semi-collaboration with a friend of mine who sequenced the original midi for a MaGMML3 level she made. If anyone uses this, be sure to credit gone-sovereign first. This does use a modified drumkit on voice 127 and the FF6 Advance cello.

I’m still around.

So I thought I’d share something that I cooked up awhile ago for some alternative generic enemy icons: flags. Why? Because I like them. All of the following are F2E

Like this; this puts the dragon icon from FE7 onto a flag.

This idea came around about 10-11 months ago when I was talking to a friend about what a Western Isles colonial administration would look like, and this is what I came up with…

The canton is for the Etrurian crown, the big triangle is for the mountain where those mines that Etrurian colonial overlords use for prison labor are.

Now, what would a liberated Western Isles flag look like, perhaps?

Teal has to be the main color, since both Echidna and Bartre are sporting it, and they have very… anti-colonial politics. From that, I interpret teal as the main color… and how about the islands themselves? Well, I depicted them as three stars in what’s vaguely their geographic positioning. None bigger than the others, to signal unity. An orange stripe for the land over the ocean. I opted not to use the crossed axes. Did I overthink this? Absolutely.

So what would the Etrurian crown flag look like?

This is an approximation of Verdane’s flag in Fire Emblem 4, according to the TCG and made into a 1:2 scale as opposed to 1:1.

So I’ve been working on this tileset on and off…

This tileset is currently unfinished but it’s definitely usable. I would like to know about any uses of it, so that I can see how people other than me use it to build maps. This will help me identify problems with it down the line, fix them and improve it. It has a Type 1 and a Type 2 animation, used for the fire and the lamp posts.

The obvious thing I need to address is how much smaller the locomotive is than the boxcars.

Uses tiles adapted and modified from;

  • Final Fantasy 4, 5, and 6 (SNES)
  • Live-A-Live (SNES)
  • RPG Maker 2000

So I’ve been making my own Roy magic animation because I don’t care for the one that exists. Here’s what it is so far. The critical will probably be a little different to Roy’s critical animation.

Am I a little too in-love with the sage rune? Yes. Absolutely.

Magic Magic

Sent these into the repository (or here if you’re impatient). I think they’re okay, a bit flawed, but usable. I plan on editing these again for a T1 class, so some of the weirdness (Roy’s right leg in particular, I kept that because it was more true to the original) may get addressed then.


Tileset time!

I took some advice from GoudaGrabber on things to fix or change, particularly in regards to the rolling stock on the train, and a north-facing staircase. Download v0.83 here.

There’s still some issues I should probably address, namely a coupling tile. I have thought about what to do about a night palette that isn’t just a kinda shit day-for-night palette, and … just knowing how much I hyperfixate on details, I may opt to do a whole separate night tileset to account for things like indoor lights, streetlamp illumination, etcetera.

This isn’t an issue of space on the Tileset Object Palette image, this is an issue of space on the actual tileset image (what you see in the preview). I may have to (and probably should) remove the remaining few river tiles, which I don’t really to do right this moment.

For the record; I openly endorse converting it for use in LT or other engines, I’d just prefer it if you shared it with other people who use those same other engines if possible. Help other people out, etc.

Still a work in progress, don’t be afraid to suggest things that you’d want to see on it, or changes I should make. Very happy with how it looks in-game though!

So when I made the Magistra animation, I said that the map sprite was unfinished, and I remember intending to go back and fix it up a bit, however, what exists right now I think is still perfectly usable, even if she looks a bit short and small for what I was intending. F2E.

Regarding battle platforms, I am open to making some for people if they want custom battle platforms in their hacks. I know they’re probably some of the last things people think about, even if they see them a lot, but I wanted to put that out there just in case. I have the materials to make sci-fi themed ones as well (if anything, I have a lot of material to do those in particular!) and these do not take me that long to make. :smiley:

I’m probably a bit more responsive on Discord than on here if anyone is interested… though you could just reply to this post as well.
