Always meant to put up a collection of the various mugs I made for Fate of the Fallen after I finished the final chapter. While I’ve still got some Epilogue Chapters to finish (and supports >.>), I figured now would be as good a time as any to show some faces off.
In general, if you want to use any of them, I’d just like you to ask permission first. That way I know what projects are cool to check out.
If any can’t be used, they’ll be marked as NOT F2U/F2E.
And my reading of F2U/F2E is as follows:
F2E in this case means, please go ahead and splice from it, make a re-palette of it, use it as a base, etc, but don’t use the character’s face as a whole, please and thank you.
Meanwhile F2U reads more as, please go ahead and use this face in your project as is, with no changes whatsoever.
Those with both tags can be used either way, but those with only one or the other, please only use them the allowed way.

Coriandr and Basil here were created for OC inserts submitted to the wildly popular game “Embrace of the Fog” AKA Tweedblem I’d show the concept art I was given to base them off of, but I wouldn’t want to do that without permission.
These two here were created for an upcoming project being developed mainly in the LT Discord Server. The redheaded protagonist is the MC of the project and was created with a very specific vanilla mug as the base.
These were created for a variety of projects, many of which are still in their early stages of production. I used a good amount of BuskHuskier parts for a few of them as well. I also dipped into Garytop’s and Raymond’s goodie bags for some pieces so thanks a lot to them.
Two wonderful pets turned into FE mugs. Borrowed a number of pieces from VelvetKitsune, BuskHuskier, HusbandoEmblem, DATondemand, and Garytop to make them.
A series of character from Fire Emblem The Unity War. Credit to Fuyu who made the original Sarah mug I reworked and they made the beautiful front-facing mask. Credit also to Olivia/Xilirite for their glorious work in the fields of hat technology which allows me to complete Josh’s Desperado look. More credit to VelvetKitsune who does wonderful things with animal ears, like the ones found on Friend. And Credit to CardCaph who I’ve been informed did the original mugs for Marica, Trainee, Sister, and Prim.
A collection of characters made for Noontide Chronicle, an LT game being created by ThatOneBard. They’re all made for the LT engine, so they might not be ready to insert into GBA hacks, but they should be pretty close.
Alright, that is a collection of most of my created mugs. I kept some in my private folders since I hate spoilers, but this is most of them.
Happy to share, and like I mentioned in the post, if you want to use any of them, just give me a headsup so I can give you a thumbs up and put your project down in my “Games to Play” list lol.
I should also mention that all these lovely mugs were created for LT, so most definitely a lot of them won’t be properly formatted for GBA. I’m certain most of them have frames that aren’t in those exact GBA positions, and 17+ colors. I’ve never actually hacked the roms before, so I’m not sure what other limitations it has.
Two new mugs today, they’re NOT F2U/F2E just yet, but once their project is released they will be. I’ll also add them to the opening post shortly to keep all the pretty art together.
This here is a lovely cat man I created based on my own cat. I borrowed a few pieces to finish him off from mugs by DATonDemand and VelvetKitsune. Namely the ears and the eyes. I think he turned out wonderfully.

The wonderful Rabbit Knight based on our dearly departed bunny, RIP. I used a whole slew of pieces from various artists to fashion her, only the best for the good bunny girl. So big thanks to HusbandoEmblem, Garytop, Buskhuskier, and DATonDemand.

I’m also going to be opening up commissions for anyone that wants me to make them a mug. Prices are negotiable, but would probably be around 25~ dollars. I was recently commissioned to work on some mugs for an inprogress hack called Fire Emblem The Unity War by @DarkSlayer. It doesn’t have a thread on the site yet, but it does have a server that you can join to get eyes and hands on it. Join The Unity War Server HERE!
I was tasked with tackling a few mugs for the project, and I’m posting the finished ones here for all to see and be amazed by.
First we have the lovely Sabrina who is F2U/F2E.
As you can tell, I’m clearly taking advantage of the exceed patch to utilize this lovely hat birthed into creation by the talented and generous Olivia/Xilirite. This was my first time creating a mug I knew was going to be limited by the constraints of hacking, so I finally know the true pain of dealing with that 16 color limit. It really made me appreciate LT lol.
Next we have the badass Ninja/Samurai Sarah who is NOT F2U/F2E, so please don’t.
This is actually a reworking of a mug for the character that was done by Fuyu, There wasn’t anything wrong with the mug, but they just wanted something different. But that front mask is all Fuyu and it’s real cool.
One last reminder that these mugs are both going to be used in Fire Emblem Unity War. If you like Witches and/or Samurai-Ninjas, go check out the link above and join the server.

4 more lovely mugs to fill a war with. It’s a mix of playable and enemy units this time around. And I do have to thank the lovely and talented Olivia/Xilirite for hat assistance again. The color limit gets easier and easier to work with as I’ve been going, still love LT’s color freedom, but it doesn’t feel as stifling after all this practice.
Again, these 4 are NOT F2U/F2E. If anything changes in that regard, I’ll move them into the appropriate location on the main post.

This just in, I went and made a fancy commission sheet and I’m posting it here to share my prices with all the lovely people who might need my services.

At the moment they’re also NOT F2U/F2E, but ThatOneBard has let me know that they’ll be changing that once Noontide Chronicles is playable. I’ll make sure to change the section they’re in when that time comes.

Third, we’ve got a whole selection of mugs I made for an in progress FEBuilder game going by the name, Fire Emblem: The Ur Stones. It doesn’t have a thread yet, but keep an eye out for it. The one who commissioned me has also been gracious enough to mark all these mugs as F2E. So thank them nicely if you ever run into them on the street <3.
Finally, we’ve got one extra treat. A mug I was commissioned to make for a submission to the hit game Embrace of the Fog! The commissioner was kind enough to allow it to be F2U/F2E so let’s all give them a round of applause!

You have some nice portraits! But I have a question.
Why does it say “F2E Only”? F2E means “Free to Edit”, and F2U, means “Free to use”.
F2U is when you give permission to others to use the portrait, but not edit it. And F2E is F2U plus permission to edit. So I’m confused why a portrait would be F2E only, but not F2U.
Judging from the post, and that it was made for someone’s project, it might be that someone can splice from it - but not use the portrait wholesale, since they want to use it for their own project.
Could be wrong though.
I’ve found that people kind of see the F2E tags and F2U tags in different lights sometimes, and when I ask my commissioners what permissions they want to approve for the portraits I make for them I do my best to respect their wishes.

This reading has just made the most sense to me because so many people use the tags together, “F2U/F2E”. In my head this definitely implies a piece can be one but not the other.
Maybe I should add something to this effect in the opening post just to keep everyone on the same page.

On a side note, and considering how long it’s been since you posted this originally but this part you said :

Maybe it’s a bit unorthodox but I’m positing my book on here episodically. Perhaps maybe you can too or have done the same? As a fellow author, I would love to read your work.
It’s been a hot minute, and I come here bearing hot art.
First up, we’ve got the Warrior Princess, Anuki made for @kdports for the new LT release, The Unbroken Thread. Anyone who hasn’t checked it out yet, should. It does a lot of cool stuff you won’t see in any other project.
Next, we’ve got 2 Mugs I made for @bear . I think they came out great based on the beautiful reference shots I was given for them. And I’m greatly looking forward to seeing whatever the good Bear is cooking lol
They were also kind enough to grant both of these mugs F2U permissions, which is very magnanimous of them, so let’s give them a nice round of applause.
I’ve also got a few other mugs I’ve been working on, but they’re lowkey surprises, so I’ll wait for them to be used before posting here.
And as for the suggestion about posting my writing here, I actually did (self)publish a book on amazon a while ago, but then never did anything with it in regards to advertising or really selling it. I made the first few chapters of it available to interested parties on my blog not that long ago, and I suppose that could totally go in the opening post. It’s not exactly the same kind of writing I do for games, but I’m still proud of it. Thank you for the suggestion <3
