Nope. I don’t have any plans to add anything to this.
Does this work with my translation of choice?
Not out of the box. You/a translator can make a few edits in order to use this. See ForecastInstaller.asm.
Can I use this as part of a hack?

Can I toggle this on/off?
The code is set up such that a toggle can be easily added, but the actual value-setting (from the options menu or similar) is left to the user.
Wow, don’t you think it’d be better if this was toggleable and in English by default?
Not for me. I can’t predict the encoding of translations or the layout, RAM use, etc. of options menus. If I picked an implementation I’d probably break someone else’s. Thus, I’ve opted for providing a framework for changing the text and implementing a toggle.
