I just love literally everything about her design. The hair, the bandage that is both headband and eyepatch. The armbands to emphasize muscles. The gloves, the cool sandal boots, the layering around her belt, and literally everything else.
However, I’m still curious, who do you think is the coolest character in FE ever? And why?
Lad literally barges in to introduce himself after Nott dies in FEH because he knows he is more important than those losers. His frontward stare makes Gharnef wet his pants, even with Imhullu protecting him. He holds back and gets murdered by the squad he joins with in FE12 because he has dignity and will hold back his true power, saving it for the final battle against fellow cavalier Matthis.
I mean, just look at his history a little bit: a knight from Leonster so capable that he became Quan and Etlhyn’s confidant. Not only was he involved in the skirmishes that Quan used to have with Thracia, but he was also involved (by Quan’s wishes) a war alien to his homeland.
A knight so loyal that despite the death of his lords, he fought with everything he had to escape the imminent fall of Leonster to protect Leif, alongside Lachesis and their daughter (perhaps?). After he separated from her, he continued to flee to protect the children, sacrificing his mental, physical and emotional health.
After finally finding refuge in Fiana, he continued to fight alongside the Freeblades as thanks, and later the FE5 conflict occurs and later joins Leif’s side with Seliph for the liberation of Jugdrall.
Then his meeting with Altena occurs, where he cries for the first time in years when he sees her alive. And to top it off, in the FE4 epilogue, when Seliph thanks him for his services, he simply replies that it was Quan’s wishes.
Damn, even after his death and years after, he’s still loyal to Quan. And it should be noted that the SNES FE are known for hardly developing characters that are not protagonists, and yet we have all this lore of Finn. Picture the potential that you can exploit with modern support conversations.
You can even make a game dedicated to him as the protagonist and it would be 10/10
Sorry my fanboy came out and I spread too much hehe
in terms of badassery, i have to say Ike from Radiant Dawn.
the character development in PoR was pretty good, but i liked RD’s design way more because it wasn’t the usual noble lord dressed in fancy clothes and shining armor, rather the opposite.
it really gave the feeling of a character that has been through many hardships, and was respected for what he managed to accomplish in Tellius, along with his ideals.
No contest, Haar. The dude single handedly has changed the fate of Tellius and does it half asleep. A human able to take a hit from the Dragon King, able to fight a goddess, and the world’s greatest soldier. And that’s all before his 3rd nap of the day.
In terms of exclusively lore; probably Ephraim. As alexgalaxy mentioned, the dude fucking yolo’s it twice against a nation quintuple his armies size, and wins / ties it consistently. He almost gets captured, gets away, then immediately turns back when he learns his sister is there trying to save him. Bruh.
