The one that comes to mind is Dimitri/Annette from FE16. I like how natural the support chain feels, as though it were like old friends catching up, and the A+ support felt like a culmination of the previous support conversations. Their paired ending also gives them both what they want, with Dimitri’s tenure as king influencing Faerghus positively, backed by Annette, now queen, with her assortment of ideas. It really feels like they compliment each other in all the right ways.

Recently read Eirika and Seth A support and I just find it really sweet that they begin to thi k more of each other while hugging.

I like Yunaka/Louie.
I appreciate that this support shows Yunaka growing a bond with someone who knows he’ll never inquire about Yunaka’s past because she is more comfortable like that.
That just because Louie doesn’t get to know Yunaka on a deep level, doesn’t mean they don’t have a pleasant friendship.
If I could ship the characters outside of Alear I could imagine them being a good couple, like Yunaka getting to be with someone who doesn’t care about who Yunaka was.
It’s not my favorite, but it is good.

What is that? Sorry, not good with Japanese terms. I hope I didn’t forget/misinterpret something. I played engage quite a while ago so I may not be fully up to snuff on everything.
It’s essentially FE:Fates’ Nina’s personality quirk but with all the genders flipped.
Iirc in the Japanese script, Louis aggressively looked at and fantasized about the women around him. His personal skill alludes to this; it’s meant to be a counterpart to Chole’s. But where Chloe’s relates to her imagining idyllic “storybook romance” scenes with the people around her, Louis’ relates to him fantasizing about female/female pairings but, uh… not in the cutesy way Chloe does.
If this sounds like it’s coming out of nowhere, it was apparently drastically toned down in the English script to where Louis is mostly just an awkward people-watcher instead.
More on topic, and since we’re talking about Engage, I quite like the Boucheron/Zelkov support chain. It’s not terribly serious, but Boucheron seems fully unphased by Zelkov and I appreciate that not everyone in the cast jumps to assuming ill intent from him.

I highly doubt his fantasies were as dirty as you suggest. That is kind of. Reductionist. And plays into the lesbians = just playing for straight men stereotype.
Though if he is that way that’s extremely annoying.

I’ve always been a real sucker for Klein and Thea’s support because their A support is kinda like the exact opposite of what you know about both of these characters being the more mature older sibling to Clarine and Shanna.
It’s cute pay off and fun to see another side of the characters.

I love Shamir and Raphael’s paired ending. Just going through that entire journey together, possibly even saving the world together, and thus turning to highway robbery.
It made absolutely no sense whatsoever when I read it but it was absolutely hilarious. All of that emotional build-up for the two of them just to resort to highway robbery.
Truly an amazing Three Houses ending.

If there is one 3 houses support i would actually die on probably being the best one, it would probably be lysithia and felix, just how sad but also hopeful it is, with the crimson flower one basically having him live life with lysithea as humble bakers, buts its his other route ending that i feel are bittersweet, with him ascending to count and marrying lysithea, even though she had a short life, she still managed to surprise him with a cake that becomes his favorite and even becoming his people’s favorite as well, which really gives it this feel good ending to a edgelord who gets his heart melted by the power of cake, which as lysithea say “life without cake is no life at all”, which coming from the girl who literally has counted days, probably meant a lot for her for him to enjoy her sweets
