Tile animations difficult to understand

I can see the different frames but don’t understand how to edit it, create a new tile animation, someone help pls

This tutorial helped me when I had trouble with tileset animations, you just need to click in the “Febuilder users” section and then scroll down to the “Tile Animations” part and you will find the tutorial you need:
