When you install FEBuilderGBA, the Init setup wizard should start and set it up automatically.
Unless you have done something extra like close the dialog or something.
You can start it manually from the menu and configure it.
Menu->Settings->Initial setup wizard
Select only the recommended items and do not do anything extra.
