The results are in!
#1, With 41 total votes: Knight Ring
A simple accessory that grants Canto+. Not what I was expecting for first place, but oh well.
#2, With 34 total votes: Pursuit Ring
It changes the doubling threshold. Kaga, I guess you win this one.
#3, With 34 total votes: Arcana Shield
(I don’t have a gif for that one, but I fixed it so that the 25% damage reduction worked properly, my bad.)
-25% damage taken against any kind of magic.
#4, With 32 total votes: Sail
It gives any class the pirate’s movement penalties in water.(note that this is also the case for fliers, so watch out for bad decisions!)
#5, With 30 total votes: Angel Ring
Oh. I thought I warned you. Yet you didn’t listen.
It doubles any stat gain in a level up. No comment. It works. That’s all you asked for. I hate you, Kaga.
Next we have a 4-way tie: Rune Shifter, Renewal Ring, Fake Wings, Vampire’s Fang, all at 28 votes.
And finally, number 10 on our list, at 27 votes: Whetstone
An accessory that changes the effectiveness multiplier is a pretty cool concept.
All of the accessories shown have been implemented into the game already. That brings the total number of accessories at 17.
I would like to thank everyone who participated in this first round of suggestions. Right now, in terms of progress, we are closing in on the first demo release; all we have left to do is text, some minor bug fixing, and adding the gaiden spell system, and we’ll be ready to release demo 1 of Tale of Ternon.
And as such, I would like to officialise demo 1’s release date as January 1, 2020. I hope you look forward to playing Tale of Ternon!
