Do SRPG Studio have fixed growth?
Sure, there is a plugin named Fixed Growth System here:
Currently, there are hundreds of plugins by the community and SapphireSoft.
There are also two Discord servers on SRPGStudio if you have more questions.
The community is very friendly.
If you are interested in SRPGStudio, my game is a good example (plus it’s free!) to show the software’s features but also its limitations.

I have to use the Srpg studio to add the plugin?
There is a plugin folder. Just download the plugin and add it to the folder.
But can you add on game ?
I also use RPG Maker so I think I understand your confusion.
Unlike RPG Maker if you add a plugin (a javascript file) in the plugin folder it will take effect automatically.
I was asking is was possible to plugin on released project(like your game) and they say that I can’t
