SHORTCUT #1 How to quickly fix inconsistent frames
Step 1.
First you’re gonna select the eye area tiles (Or mouth frames. It’s the same process.).
Step 2.
Then remove from your selection the pixels that actually make up the eye on the portrait.
Step 3.
Simply copy and paste this area over the eye frames!
This method won’t fix any issues with the actual eyes, but it’s convenient and quick for fixing any inconsistencies like hair or skin shading in the eye frame area!
