Hello everyone, I am searching ROM Hacking tools for fire emblem DS.
Does somebody know about some tools?

You can use Nightmare, it’s got some basic tools to edit but just only basic and you couldn’t modify too much with it. There much be other better tool but I do not know if they were existed.
