I once tried to make a magic animation for TBA 1.0 Halberdier for personal use.
However, i accidentally moved one of the frame to the left during the crit frame, so that it looks that he is “Vibrating”. (I don’t have the file anymore, sorry).
Also misplaced blinking frame for portrait resulting in twitchy eyes.

Almost did that myself. But I remembered I have backups.
I noticed a bug where a character supposed to be on the right end of the screen wouldn’t appear, I ignored it for a bit and occasionally tried to figure it out, after about a week of this I realize the crucial piece of information I missed
I accidentally put the portrait to outside right instead of right end
